Every step, from the bottom
No rich family, no tech background. I grew up in the countryside in the South of France. Here is exactly how it happened.
- 01
Start from the bottom
At 17 I jumped 22 meters into the water, passed out mid-jump and crushed my spine. Months in a back brace. I was too young for a work-study program, so I worked at McDonald’s, then sold suits 8 to 9 hours a day. Around €800 a month, €600 of it for rent.
- 02
Get through the worst jobs
Business school in Montpellier, three years of work-study. Cleaning inspector at IKEA, sales manager at Primark, cleaning underground parking lots with a gas mask at 4:30am. Then a torn ACL and three surgeries. Those mornings still keep me going.
- 03
Find someone who already did it
A guy in my class, Clément, made €10,000 in 24 hours with dropshipping. Same age, same school. I sat next to him and asked him to show me everything. He handed me his laptop. That one decision changed my life.
- 04
Get one real win
My first 2 to 3 stores failed. Then I designed a modified dog harness, filmed my own ads and learned Facebook ads on YouTube. Around €100K in its best month, about €200K in total. And a hard lesson: I forgot about VAT.
- 05
Sell digital, not physical
A dog training ebook at €9.99: 1 in 3 buyers added it to their order, at almost 100% margin. When COVID hit and orders got stuck at customs, I went 100% digital.
- 06
OFM, then 100% AI
My first creator came through a friend of a friend: €200 the first night, split 50/50. In classic OFM my best month hit $1.2M, mostly from chatting. Then I switched to AI creators: full control, full margin, no drama. I was one of the first to do it.
Every step was the same move: find what already works, copy it, make 10 variations, cut what doesn’t, scale what does.
